Behaviour Manager - Apply Here
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and experienced Behaviour Manager to support the Senior Leadership Team in developing and maintaining a positive whole-school culture of Attitudes to Learning, Behaviour and Safety.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing challenging pupil behaviour, ensuring high and consistent standards across the school, and supporting students to re-engage positively with learning.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and wider pastoral team, the Behaviour Manager will provide both strategic and operational leadership in relation to behaviour. They will use effective monitoring, intervention and restorative approaches to reduce repeated incidents and support students in making positive choices.
Transitions are significant in the lives of children and young people, with staff supporting individuals through periods of change and uncertainty in a sensitive and nurturing way.
