💪 Structured Support: A two-year training and support entitlement for Early Career Teachers and their in-school mentors.
🧠Expert Partnership: Delivered in collaboration with Teach First, offering an Ofsted-rated 'outstanding' programme.
🎯 Tailored Learning: Access to subject and phase-specific seminars, flexible online content, and face-to-face launch conferences. We also offer optional bespoke support for ECTs, mentors and ECTP leads!

Are you looking for a fulfilling career where you can support students with diverse needs and see them grow in confidence? This is your opportunity to begin a meaningful journey in education, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive school setting.

As a Learning Support Apprentice, you’ll play a vital role in assisting students with additional learning needs both inside and outside the classroom. You'll help foster positive, trusting relationships with learners, encouraging their personal and academic development. Working closely with teachers, you’ll contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment while gaining valuable experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN). At the same time, you’ll be studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
